Daniel has been with The Beacon House Thrift Shops since August 2018 and will celebrate his third year in November 2025. As General Manager, he oversees the daily operations of both store locations, ensuring smooth coordination among staff, setting and maintaining sales goals, and executing marketing strategies to grow revenue across the enterprise. He also supports the Director of Social Enterprises and plays a key role in staff training and performance management.
Daniel originally began his journey with Beacon House Thrift Shop as a resident manager while still in the program, later advancing into a supervisory role at Living Spaces. With years of leadership experience in both nonprofit and retail settings, he’s developed a deep understanding of team management, customer experience, and business strategy. Returning to BHTS in 2022, Daniel brings a strong sense of pride and ownership to his role—especially in mentoring residents and creating new systems that move the enterprise forward.
Outside of work, Daniel enjoys working out, watching and playing fantasy football, gaming, and traveling with his wife.
