The Beacon House Thrift Shop is a social enterprise program of The Beacon House Association of San Pedro, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and we provide donation receipts for tax purposes. All proceeds from donated items directly support the men of The Beacon House by funding long-term addiction treatment and recovery services.

Request a Donation Pick-up

Please review our Donation Acceptance Policy! The pick-up schedule fills up quickly, so please submit your pick-up request as soon as possible to secure your spot!

Have a time sensitive pickup request?

We understand that timing matters and that life can be unpredictable. That’s why we’ve partnered with a trusted third-party service that offers expedited donation pickups for a fee. If you need a quicker turnaround, simply select the ‘Priority Pickup” service option when scheduling your pickup to learn more and see if it fits your needs.

Drop Your Donations Off

Please review our Donation Acceptance Policy before dropping off donations. We accept small donations (trunk-sized loads or smaller) at either Beacon House Thrift Shop location every day! You can drop donations off any time between 11 AM and 6 PM. If you have large/bulky items that you would like to donate, please DO NOT drop these items off at the Beacon House Thrift Shop. Instead, request a pickup.
