Tim has been sober since February 6, 2021, and has worked at The Beacon House for over a year. In his role, he focuses on maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store while delivering top-tier customer service and professionalism. He also helps manage inventory and merchandise to ensure smooth daily operations.

Tim got his start in inside sales within the wholesale industry, where he developed strong customer service skills and learned the importance of making customers feel valued. What he enjoys most about his role is the opportunity to give back to The Beacon House and support the men in the program every day.

Outside of work, Tim loves spending time with his daughter and family. He also enjoys music, movies, and Thai food.
